La Valdetra Verte absinthe is powerfull, full of character and very well-balanced. It bears witness to the quality of Swiss absinthes.

It is distilled by an artisan in old clandestine stills. It is based on plants grown and carefully selected in the Val-de-Travers.
Its production is entirely natural, its coloration is based on 3 plants. This adds a touch of biterness to the final product.
La Valdetra Verte has a good length on the palate and the addition of water provokes a thick louche action, common for Swiss absinthes.

La Valdetra Verte absinthe is distilled by the only female Swiss distiller: Glaudentia Persoz.

Glaudentia Persoz distillery is part of the Absinthe’s Artisans cooperative society. It is based in Fleurier in the Val-de-Travers, where the true origins of absinthe are to be found. It is a family firm that works traditionally.

- At first, savour La Valdetra Verte with half a piece of sugar. Then according to your taste, add some eventually.

- For one measure of absinthe (3cl), add 2 to 5 measures of fresh water.
