Duplais balance will be ideal for amateurs of mellow absinthes.
Perfect to discover absinthe.
Produced according to an authentic French recipe from the XIXth century, (drawn from the treaty of of liquor production by P. Duplais), it is coloured naturally, using only plants, and does not contain any sugar.
Duplais Balance completes the Duplais trio “Absinthe Art Edition”.
As well as its older sisters, it is the product of a distillation that uses only high quality herbs mainly grown in the Val-de-Travers.
A mellow absinthe as seductive as it is warm.
Nose : Fine and floral. It successively suggests notes of lemony Melissa, anise and fennel.
Palate : Mellow and fresh. Apart from the flavours revealed on the nose there is also hyssop.
Finish : The light bitterness blends with Melissa.
